Terms & Conditions
General
- Unless stated otherwise, payment terms are cash up front for orders under R3000 or 50% up front with the balance due on completion for orders over R3000.
- When proof of payment is received, manufacturing will be tentatively booked in our production schedule accordingly and the booking is confirmed once the payment reflects in our account.
- Quotes are prepared according to standard working hours, if overtime is required to meet your deadline, it will be discussed with you first and upon confirmation, scheduled and invoiced accordingly.
- External installations are planned according to the weather forecast and will have to be rescheduled when the weather is not suitable for installation to take place safely.
- Quotes are estimates and subject to a site check being done.
- Quotes exclude travel / delivery / courier charges if not specified.
- Cash deposits require an additional R16 per deposit due to over the counter bank charges.
- Errors & Omissions Excluded.
Design
- Unless stated otherwise, artwork is to be supplied by the client in an appropriate design format. (cdr, eps, ai etc)
- Client supplied artwork containing bitmaps must have a resolution of 300dpi or higher.
Labels
- Labels supplied in bundled 1370x300mm strips.
Illuminated Signs
- All illuminated signs are manufactured and installed with all internal wiring completed. The client needs to arrange a qualified electrician to run the cables from the power source to the installation area and connect the power to the sign.
